Before we start
What business owners ask us most before the first coffee.
How much does a custom system cost?
It depends on the scope. First we understand what you need, then we give you a fixed price in writing, with a 30 to 50 % deposit and taxes apart. We never quote a number without understanding the problem.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope: every project has its own schedule in writing in the proposal, agreed with you. We’d rather deliver well than deliver in a rush.
Is the system mine?
Yes. Your data is yours, the domain is yours and the contract states what happens with the code. You edit your content from your panel without depending on us.
Do I need AI?
Not always. We propose it where it really saves time (replying, classifying, summarizing). If a well-made form solves it, we won’t sell you AI.
What happens after delivery?
You keep the user guide inside the system. If you want, a monthly plan covers backups, updates and improvements.
Do you build devices too?
Yes: with ESP32 and Arduino we connect sensors, controls and alerts to your software or your chat. We look at it case by case.
