How we solved it

A website the owner edits herself, with a quote builder that prices events using her real rules: characters, packages, zones and extras.

Behind it, a panel that keeps bookings from overlapping: calendar, history for every event and the period’s finances without loose spreadsheets.

Bookings and changes reach the team as alerts in weSmile, and the website chat answers with the business’s own information.
