Repair shop
From notebooks and WhatsApp to a repair shop with its own system
In use since October 2026

Where it started
Work orders lived on paper and in chats: there was no way to know which device was ready, how much was owed or which part was missing.
How we solved it
We designed the system around how the shop actually works: every device that comes in is a work order with its code, a signed receipt and a clear path of statuses, from “received” to “delivered”.
Customers stop calling to ask: they approve the quote from a link and follow their device online with the code and the last digits of their phone number.
Behind the scenes, inventory is deducted when the repair is done, the cash register matches the payments and pickup reminders go out ready to send over WhatsApp.
Under the hood
What the system does
Work orders and kanban
Statuses with rules (nothing is delivered without being “ready”), history and a receipt with QR code.
Online quotes
A private link to approve or reject; if the quote changes, the old link stops working.
Inventory and cash
Atomic stock movements, low-stock alerts, counter sales and closing by payment method.
Tracking and reminders
A customer portal, reminders at 7, 15 and 30 days and a warranty per device.
